高锰钢辙叉焊接工艺研究

摘    要:高锰钢辙叉与高碳钢钢轨焊接性能较差,且焊接工艺的要求区别很大,将两者直接进行焊接有较大难度,目前先进的技术是选择一种焊接性能好的材料作为中间介质,实现2种材料的焊接连接。本文采用单相不锈钢和双相不锈钢作为焊接介质,对采用2种不锈钢介质的焊接接头进行静弯强度和拉伸强度测试、无损探伤和显微组织检验,分析采用不同介质的焊接接头的各项力学性能和显微组织。试验结果表明:采用单相不锈钢介质焊接时可获得力学性能优良的高锰钢辙叉与高碳钢钢轨闪光对焊接头。

Abstract:The welding performances of high manganese steel frog and high carbon steel rail are poor,and the requirements for welding procedures of these two components are very different.So it is diff icult to weld high manganese steel frog and high carbon steel rail directly.At present,the advanced technology is to choose a material with good welding performance as the intermediate medium to realize the welding connection of these two materials.In this paper,single phase stainless steel and double phase stainless steel were chosen as welding mediums.The welded joints with two different mediums were implemented static bending strength test,tensile strength test,nondestructive inspection and microstructure inspection,and their mechanical properties and microstructures were analyzed.The results show that the f lash butt welding joint of high manganese steel frog and high carbon steel rail with single phase stainless steel medium has good mechanical properties.
