预应力混凝土梁管道自动压浆工艺研究

摘    要:管道压浆是预应力混凝土桥梁施工中的关键工序,也是难于检测和评估的隐蔽工序,其工艺工法直接影响压浆施工和成品梁的质量。近年来,随着工程信息化、智能化的发展,传统的人工压浆作业已逐渐被带有自动制浆、自动压浆功能的机械作业替代。本文结合工程经验和自动化压浆技术现状,从配料称量、放浆排气、压浆速度调控、密实度评估等工艺环节提出了建议。

Abstract:Pipe grouting of post-tensioned girder bridge in railway is the key process,and also the hidden process that is difficult to be detected and evaluated in the bridge construction. It directly affects the quality of grouting and precast girder. In the late years,with the development of engineering informationization and intellectualization,traditional manual grouting operation has been gradually replaced by mechanical operation with automatic slurrying and grouting functions. Based on the engineering experience and the present situation of automatic grouting technology,this paper put forward some suggestions from the aspects of proportioning,slurry discharging,grouting-speed controlling and compactness evaluation.
