摘    要:随着社会生产和人们生活的快速发展,城市电力需求越来越大,电能质量已成为社会关注的焦点,为了保证电网整体的安全性、可靠性,建立电能质量监测系统已成为城市供电公司的迫切需求。文章从研究内容、电能质量监测硬件和软件系统设计等方面阐述了安庆地区电能质量监测系统的方案设计。该监测系统目前已能满足基本监测要求,并已投入使用,效果良好。今后进一步将该系统与GIS地理信息系统实现有机结合,达到全面完整监测的目标。

Abstract:With the rapid development of social production and people's life,power demand is bigger and bigger in the city.Power quality is the focus of public attention.Power quality monitoring system has become the urgent needs of anqing power supply company to make the power net safe and reliable.The paper describes power quality monitoring system in anqing from its research contents,software and hardware of the monitoring system design especially the database management design.The system can meet the basic monitoring requirement.It has been used and the result is satisfactory.The future goal of the system will be combined with GIS to achieve the goal of complete monitoring.
