| 摘 要： | 根据近半个世纪中国经济与交通发展的基本特点,分析了中国铁路面临的市场形势.从体制改革、技术服务角度简要阐述了铁道部近半年来为增强铁路运输市场竞争力所采取的措施和效果,提出了铁道部“十五”期间加快铁路网建设、全面提高运输服务质量和水平、加快信息化建设步伐、加强技术革新以及深化体制改革的发展战略。

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of the development of China economy and transportation ,this paper analyzes the situation that China railway is facing. From the viewpoint of system reformation and technical services, the paper discusses the measures and their effects that railway departments have applied to enhance the competition of railway enterprises, and advances strategies that railway would adopt during “Ten Five”period in order to realize better construction of railway networks, improve the railway service quality, speed up the information system construction and prompt the application of technical innovations and operational reformation. |
