干硬性混凝土配合比设计

摘    要:干硬性混凝土与塑性混凝土比较,具有用水量小、水灰比小、砂率小、快硬、高强、密实性好,以及抗冻性、抗渗性强,收缩小、耐久性好等特点。文章以锡林郭勒盟五间房煤矿至省道307线一级公路预制厂为例,阐述了干硬性混凝土的配合比设计过程。通过实例得出结论:在满足技术、经济指标要求的前提下,应尽量采用干硬性混凝土。

Abstract:Compared to plastic concrete,stiff concrete has some characters,such as little in water withdrawal,low in water-cement ratio,small in sand ratio,rapid in hardening,with high strength,good denseness,high frost resistance and anti-permeability,low shrinkage and good durability.The process of mix design for stiff concrete is described in this article.Taking the precasting yard for first-class highway from Wujianfang Coal Mine in Xilin Gol Meng to the Provincial Highway No.307,it concludes that stiff concrete s...
