踏板车间歇振动分析控制

摘    要:针对某款踏板车在特定车速下间歇性振动过大的问题进行分析,判断并验证了该摩托车存在的拍振现象是导致此间歇振动的主要原因,结合拍振的产生原理,提出拍振控制的主要方法,综合考虑整车性能等因素提出具体的控制方案,该方案的应用取得了较好的减振效果。

Abstract:An analysis of the problem of the excessive intermittent shock of a scooter at a specific speed was made.The result of which shows that the beat shoat is the main cause leading to the intermittent shock. Combing the generation mechanism of the beat shock,a method which is based on the factors such as the scooter performance,etc,for controlling the beat shock was put forward.The application of the method proves that the shock absorption is considerable.
