| 摘 要： | <正> 慢性病毒性肝炎(迁延型及活动型)的治疗,在目前仍然是一个未解决的问题,国内外尚无理想的治疗措施。我院自1980年12月至1982年3月用渭南地区制药厂试产的复方水飞蓟蜜丸治疗慢性肝炎128例,临床上取得比较满意的疗效,并对67例进行了随访,现报告如下:

Effects of Silybum Marianum Compound on Chronic Viral Hepatitis |

| Abstract: | This paper reports the results of 128 cases of chronic viral hepatitis, 108 casts of chronic persistent hepatitis and 20 cases of chronic active hepatitis, treated with silybum marianum compound. Among these patients, 93 recovered, 26 improved and 9 did not improved. The recovery rate was 72.6％. The therapeutic efficacies of improved symptoms and SGPT were better in the treatment group than in the placebo group (P<0.005), and especially 29 cases of them all improved when such drugs were given over 9 months. During the follow up period from 3 months to one year, 23 of 67 cases showed relapse and the relapse rate was 34.3％. |
