The Development of the Parts and Components Industry of Electric Vehicle in China (Section Ⅰ)

The parts and components industry of electric vehicle is a key factor to restrict the development of industry of electric vehicle. Only after there is the low cost and high performance of parts and components products of electric vehicle, electric vehicle can enter the market in a large scale. According to five different kinds of electric vehicle components of battery, fuel cell, electric motor, super capacitance and charger, this paper investigates the parts and components industry of electric vehicle in China. Based on the investigation, the development ability and products of the companies and units who research and make the parts and components of electric vehicle are analysed and introduced. This paper outlines the trend of the parts and components industry of electric vehicle in China, so that, it can provide some reference both for companies to develop electric vehicle project and for China government to make the policy.
