摘    要:拓扑优化技术的应用在汽车零部件结构优化和轻量化设计、车身结构设计中有着十分重要的现实意义。本文基于HyperWorks的拓扑优化技术探讨了车门外把手轻量化的可行性。根据外拉式车门外把手的受力与约束情况,对某轻型载货车门外把手原始结构进行了静力分析,并建立了外把手的拓扑优化概念模型;在外把手拓扑优化结果的基础上,对车门外把手进行了二次设计;将二次设计后的车门外把手新结构与原始结构进行了对比分析,结果表明:新结构在维持原有强度、刚度基本不变的情况下,质量较原始结构减轻了28.79%。

Abstract:The application of topology optimization technology in automobile parts structure optimization and lightweight design,body structure design has a very important practical significance.The feasibility of door handle's lightweight was investigated based on the topology optimization techniques in HyperWorks.According to the force and constraints,the original model's static situation of the light truck's door handle was analyzed and the conceptual model was modeled.On the basis of topology optimization result,the handle was redesigned and the new structure was compared with the original model.The results show that the total weight of the new structure is decreased by 28.79% under the condition of maintaining the original strength,stiffness.
