| 摘 要： | 以石家庄市为例,在合理假设的情况下,运用全量化分析方法研究了城市轨道交通项目建设和运营的经济、社会效益,比较直观地说明了项目建设的价值及其重要意义,揭示了城市轨道交通运营亏损中所隐含的巨大总体效益。
