浅析青草沙水库工程风险因素及对策

摘    要:青草沙水库位于长江南北港分流口下游,河势、地形及水动力条件非常复杂,存在施工期的滩势变化与风暴潮影响以及运行期的水质恶化、咸潮入侵加剧、水污染突发事件与供水系统事故等多种风险因素。该文通过各方面的风险因素分析,提出相应的对策,以保证工程的顺利建设和运行。

Abstract:Qingcaosha Reservoir is located at the lower reaches of the separation mouth of the south and north harbours of Changjiang River. The river situation, terrain and hydraulic condition are very complicated. There are many risk factors that the foreshore situation is changed and the windstorm tide affects under the construction, and the water quality is worsening, the salt tide quickly invades, the water is suddenly polluted and the water supply system is out of work during the operation. Through analyzing the risk factors of various aspects, the article puts forward the relative counter-measures to guarantee the smooth construction and operation of the project.
