钢箱混凝土拱桥拱肋胀模事故分析与数值模拟

摘    要:结合某钢箱混凝土拱桥拱肋压注混凝土过程中出现的胀模现象,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS研究了不同拉筋布置对钢箱拱肋变形的影响,研究表明:为保证拱肋变形符合要求应设置合理的刚性箍筋、柔性箍筋及横向拉筋,配筋参数可通过仿真确定。可为类似工程设计、施工提供借鉴。

Abstract:With the bloating accident happening when concrete was poured for the arch rib as a practical example,a study is made of,in the light of the large finite element software ANSYS,the effects of different spacing arrangements of reinforcement on the deformation of the box beam CFST arch bridge,which leads to the conclusion:to ensure the deformation of the box beam CFST arch bridge is up to the requirement,the stiffness,suppleness stirrups and cross reinforcements should be laid reasonably,and the parameters of distributing steels could be obtained from simulation.The paper may serve as a useful reference for the construction and design of similar projects.
