氮化工艺在船闸工程中的应用

摘    要:利用氮化热处理工艺提高钢的耐磨性能与疲劳强度,改善耐蚀性能和抗擦伤性,可大幅度提高重要船闸运转件摩擦副使用性能,延长船闸的大修周期。实验及实践应用表明,经氮化处理后的38CrMoAlA钢制作的蘑菇头帽、蘑菇头摩擦副在水润滑状态下可安全运转20万次以上。

Abstract:During the technical alteration of shiplock by the administration department of Jiangsu province, the nitrding heat treadment technics were used to highly enhance the abrasion resistance and the fatigue strength of steel, and improve the corrosion resistance and the resistance against impact, thus it improves the service performance of moving parts in the important shiplock and prolongs the heavy repaid periods of shiplock. The experiment and practice indicates that the bearing socket made by 38CrMoAlA treated with nitrding heat and its moving parts can safely operate over 2 hundred thousand times without lubricate.
