远望号新测量船船舶系统备品备件保障模式研究

文章针对远望号新测量船备品备件库存量少、订货周期长、价格昂贵、岸基保障难、管理模式滞后等现实问题，从备品备件建库、开展进口备品备件的国产化论证、加强备品备件修复及维护、改进备品备件管理手段和方法、构建应急情况下备品备件保障机制等方面研究探索了新测量船备品备件保障模式，使备品备件保障走入安全、高效、经济的轨道。

Research on the guarantee model for spare parts in marine system of the new surveying ship "YUAN WANG"

Facing the facts of the spare parts for the new surveying ship＂ YUAN WANG＂ with less inventory, long period of order, high price, difficult abutment base guarantee and lagged managing model, this paper gives research on how to make spare parts guarantee onto a safety, high effective and economical orbit by setting up spare parts bank, developing argumentation on domesticalized production of spare parts which were once imported, strengthening reparing and maintenance, improving managing means and methods, and contrusting emergency mechanism.
