浅议港口存货管理中存在的问题及应对措施

为了保证港口生产的正常进行,同时防止备件和资金的积压,建立与完善适应新形势的存货管理体系已迫在眉睫。分析了港口存货的现状如建立计算机有货管理系统,建立科学高效的存货制度,建立存货配送中心等。提出了开辟港口存货有效管理的新途径若干建议。

Talking about the Existed Problems in the Control of Spare Parts and Its Countermeasures

In order to ensure the normal production of ports , and prevent over stock of spare parts and funds, it is imminent to build up and perfect a spare parts control system which is suitable to the new situation. This paper analyses the status of the spare parts in the port, puts forward a few new ways to open up efficient spare parts management, such as building up computer system for spare parts control, building up scientific managing institution with high efficiency for spare parts, and building up spare parts distribution centre etc.
