| Abstract: | With reference to the cardinal principles of the lowest price bid evaluation method generally employed internationally combined with the practical situation of the construction market in our country, the article makes an exploration of establishing the reasonable lowest price bid evaluation method with Chinese characteristics in the economic evaluation and of the corresponding assurance measures that ought to taken. |
