吉隆坡安邦轻轨轨道工程施工技术与装备研究

摘    要:吉隆坡安邦轻轨延伸线轨道工程技术条件复杂,曲线多、半径小,应用城市轨道交通130 m小半径曲线无砟轨道施工技术与装备,解决无枕式130 m小半径曲线无砟轨道施工技术难题,总结小半径曲线轨排的组装工艺,实现复杂断面多规格道床模板的架设,高精度、高质量、高效率地完成安邦线轨道工程施工。

Research on Construction Technology and Equipment for Track Engineering of Ampang LRT Line in Kuala Lumpur

Abstract:The Ampang LRT extension line in Kuala Lumpur is characteristic of complicated technical conditions with a great many small radius curves. The application of 130 m small curve ballastless track construction technology and equipment in urban rail transit helps solve the problems in 130 m small curve sleeperless and ballastless track construction. The assembly process of small curve rail is summarized and the erection of ballast bed templates of complex cross-section and different specifications is fulfilled to complete the Ampang LRT line construction in an accurate,high quality and efficient manner.
