京九铁路客运专线速度目标值研究

速度目标值是高速铁路主要技术标准之一,是铁路行车技术的核心指标,是总体设计的决定性参数,也是体现高速铁路系统整体技术水平的最主要指标。近几年,京九铁路客运专线的速度目标值成为各方争论的焦点,从客流特征、路网协调、时间目标值需求、工程投资等方面进行分析,确定京九铁路客运专线的速度目标值。京九铁路客运专线旅客出行以中长途为主,为保持本线中长距离运输对航空、公路的竞争优势,尽可能为旅客出行提供更为舒适和便利的条件,并考虑与相邻线路间跨线列车运行的协调性,研究结论为京九铁路客运专线宜采用350km/h的速度目标值。

Study on Target Speed of BeijingKowloon Dedicated Passenger Railway Line

Target speed is one of the principal technical standards for high-speed railway,a core index for train operation,a decisive parameter in the overall line design and also the most important indicator presenting the overall technological level of high-speed railway system. In recent years,the target speed of Beijing- Kowloon dedicated passenger line has become a focus of debates. Hence,this paper focuses on the target speed of the line with references on the analysis of passenger flow characteristics,railway network coordination,time target demand and construction investment.Trips of the passengers on the line are dominated by medium and long distances. For the purpose of maintaining the domination of medium and long distance-transport in competition with airlines and highways by providing more comfortable and convenient conditions for passengers,the target speed of 350 km / h on the line is proposed based on studies and the coordination with cross-line trains.
