DCY900t运梁车穿越城际铁路隧道改造研究

为满足城际铁路隧道运梁需要,对既有DCY900t运梁车进行改造。通过分析城际铁路隧道断面和运梁车运梁工况,采用减小运梁车轮胎直径、调整整机结构,箱梁翼缘每端截除900 mm等措施,使运梁车顺利通过隧道运梁,保证大吨位箱梁的安全架设,节省设备投资。

Refurbishment of DCY900 t Transporter to Pass Tunnels

With the rapid development of domestic high-speed railway construction,the demand of transporting box beam through tunnels by transporters is increasing. Based on the analysis of Changsha-zhuzhou- Xiangtan interurban railway engineering,this paper studies the refurbishment of the 900 T transporter to ensure successful transportation of box beams through tunnels and reduce cost by reducing the radius of wheel tie,adjusting overall structure and cutting-off 900 mm of wing flange of the box beam.
