| Abstract: | This paper summarized the video technology and compared hardware and software-video-conference systems from respects such as the framework,performance,operation,economy,etc.Introducing two network-construction modes（concentration and scatter） of multi-video conference and the application scope,it described the concrete application in the tele education with the video conference systems of our college finally. |
