| 摘 要： | 随着高校的蓬勃发展和教育教学改革的不断深入,高校教师思想政治工作面临新问题。文章分析了人文关怀的科学内涵,强调高校教师思想政治工作中注重人文关怀的必要性,从观念更新等四个角度提出加强高校教师思想政治工作。

| Abstract: | With the further reform of higher education,the college teachers＇ideological and political work is facing new problems.The paper analyzes the scientific connotation of humanistic care and stressed the necessity of implanting the humanistic care in the college teachers＇ ideological and political work.The paper puts up four suggestions from renew the ideas etc.to strengthen the work. |
