城市轨道交通建设方案评价方法研究

研究目的:随着我国城市化发展进程的加快,城市轨道交通建设已成为提升城市功能的一个重要手段。作为轨道交通建设过程中的一个核心问题,建设方案评价需重点研究。研究结论:在深入分析评价特点的基础上,针对既有评价方法在处理评价指标、专家权重和定性问题定量化等方面存在的不足,提出了基于层次分析法、专家决策法和主成分分析三种方法的综合评价模型,并通过SPSS数据处理软件对模型的求解进行了简化;给出了比较完善适用的评价指标体系。将综合评价模型应用于具体案例。评价结果表明:评价模型较为适用,能够实现轨道交通建设方案的优化选择,可以为合理的决策支持提供依据。
