摘    要:以CRH2—300型高速动车组为例,建立了流固耦合模型,分析了列车交会过程中车间减振器和空气弹簧横向跨距对行车安全性的影响。研究结果表明,增加车间减振器和增大空气弹簧横向跨距对改善列车交会过程中的安全性有比较明显的效果。为了保证高速列车的行车安全,安装车间耦合减振器和适当增加二系侧滚角刚度是很有必要的。

Abstract:With CRH2—300 high speed multiple units as the examples,the liquid-solid coupling model is set up.The effect of dampers between vehicles and the lateral span of air springs on operation safety in the course of train passing is analyzed.The research result shows that increase of dampers between vehicles and increase of lateral span of air springs have a fairly obvious effect on safety in the course of train passing.Hence,in order to ensure the operation safety of high speed trains,it is necessary to mount the coupling dampers between vehicles and appropriately increase the stiffness of secondary rolling angle.
