中英铁路路堑边坡设计方法对比研究

为研究中英铁路路堑边坡设计方法的异同,总结英标Morgenstern-Price法、国标容许应力法和极限状态法等3种计算方法,并以马来西亚东海岸铁路项目为例,对同一工点的路堑边坡按上述3种方法进行设计和对比分析。研究结果表明:采用英标Morgenstern-Price法和国标容许应力法设计的路堑边坡坡率一致,而采用极限状态法设计的边坡坡率比前两者坡率更平缓;极限状态法设计方案比英标Morgenstern-Price法和容许应力法设计方案每公里投资增加比例约9.5%,安全系数偏高,建议进一步对极限状态法计算路堑边坡稳定性的各分项系数进行优化。本文研究成果对促进中国高铁"走出去"具有重要意义,也可为其他海外类似工程的设计计算提供参考。

Comparison of stability analysis methods for railway cutting slopes between China and United Kingdom

In order to study the differences of the design methods for railway cutting slopes between China and United Kingdom(UK),the Morgenstern price method,the national standard allowable stress method,and the limit state method,which are commonly used for slope design and analysis in China and Britain,were surveyed and compared.On the basis of the East Coast Railway Project of Malaysia,one cutting slope of the construction site was designed according to the above three different methods with the design results compared and analyzed.The results show that the cutting slope ratio obtained by the national standard allowable stress design method is the same as that by the Morgenstern-Price design method,while the slope ratio designed by the limit state method is gentler than those by the former two.Compared with the other two methods,the limit state method increases the investment by 9.5%per kilometer and has a greater safety factor.It is suggested that the sub-coefficients of the slope stability analysis be optimized by the limit state method.The research findings are significantly meaningful for promoting the"going out"initiative of China’s high-speed rail,and can also provide technical guidance and reference for the design and analysis of other similar overseas projects.
