增压柴油机燃烧循环变动分析

摘    要:测量直喷式增压柴油机燃烧过程,分析负荷、转速及供油提前角对燃烧过程循环变动的影响。结果表明,在全负荷速度特性下,平均指示压力和最高燃烧压力循环变动率较小,最大压力升高比循环变动率较大。平均指示压力循环变动率随负荷增加而减小,供油提前角变化时,燃烧过程循环变动变化不大。

Abstract:Cylinder pressure of a supercharged DI diesel engine is measured.The combustion characteristic cyclic variations in different load,speed and fuel supply advance angle are analyzed.It is found that the cyclic variations of indicated mean effective pressure and the maximum cylinder pressure are lower at full-load with different speed.In addition,the higher the load is,the lower the coefficient of variations of pmi is.The combustion characteristic cyclic variations do not change remarkably when the fuel supply advance angle changes.
