预制箱梁钢筋骨架和内模整体绑扎吊装施工技术

摘    要:内模及预制箱梁全部钢筋骨架的整体一次安装具有多方面的优越性。介绍箱梁钢筋骨架和内模整体绑扎吊装技术的特点,内模工装、专用钢筋吊架和专用绑扎胎具等设备工装的设计及其关键配套技术,内模及整体钢筋骨架安装工序,并对施工中常见的问题:如吊装时不能顺利起吊、钢筋骨架变形、钢筋吊架侧弯等进行了研究与处理。有助于提高钢筋骨架绑扎的绑扎质量和速度。

Abstract:The integral fixing of the internal form and all the reinforcement skeleton has many advantages.The technical charac-teristics of integrally binding and lifting reinforcemnt skeleton and the internal form of the box girder,the engineering fixing of the internal form,and the design of the special lifting racks of the reinforcement and the special binding tire devices,etc.,other key supporting techniques,as well as their installation processes are introduced in the paper,with common problems in construction pointed out,such as the failure in lifting,the deformation of the reinforcement skeleton and the lateral bending of the reinforcement lifting rack,which are studied and properly dealt with.The result of the research may help improve the quality and speed of integrally binding the reinforcement skeleton.
