| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了堆焊热轧传送辊热疲劳试验机的机械部分原理，着重介绍用于该试验机控制器的研制．控制器采用8031单片机．介绍了其硬件电路的组成，编制了相应的软件．通过安装调试证明，研制的控制器能自动记录热疲劳试验次数，能抗1000Hz中频感应加热电源的干扰，运行可靠，可应用于堆焊热轧传送辊的热疲劳试验机上．

| Abstract: | On the basis of manufacture design, the development of a copntroller of hot fatigue test machine for surfacing lager on transportation-roller used for hot rolling steels is pntroduced. A 8031 chip is used for the controller, and the circuit and program flow chart are presented. The system debugging results show that the controller has good stability and can resist the interference of power with 1000 Hz intermediate frequency. The controller with memory of fatigue cycling times can be used for the device. |
