水泥混凝土路面胀缝密封装置的研究

摘    要:根据理论计算分析,水泥混凝土路面胀缝的破坏主要是胀缝的密封失效后,嵌入的硬物阻碍了混凝土板的膨胀变形而产生较大的温度应力,并在汽车荷载反复作用和结构缺陷存在等的综合因素作用下而导致破坏,研制的预制胀缝密封装置能效防止硬物嵌入和改善接缝两边混凝土板角缘的受力状态。

Abstract:On the basis of calculating and analysing in theory,the damages of the expansion joint ofcement concrete pavement result from the synthetic causes such as the higher temperature stress which are resulted in the expansion deformations of concrete slabs to be blocked by hard solid bodys embedded in the expansion joints, the repeated car loads, the defects of concrete structures and so on,under ineffective sealing of the expansion joints. A prefabricated expansion joint device developed by the author can effectively prevent from embedding in hard solid bodys and improve the stress state of the angle edges of concrete slabs of expansion joints.
