公交专用道对城市路网的影响及综合效益研究

摘    要:本文基于时空消耗概念,提出了公交专用道设置后路网容量修正公式;根据Logit模型和交通阻抗函数分析出公交专用道将有助于优化城市居民出行交通结构;指出不同等级道路交通流车辆组成将重新分配.引进公交专用道规划前评价和设置后评价理念;建立多级指标层次结构图,建议采用层次分析法和模糊数学进行综合效益评价.

Abstract:Based on the concept of time-space consuming,this paper puts forward a network capacity correction equation after setting up bus lanes.It points out that bus lanes.will contribute to optimize the structure of urban resident trips on the basis of Logit model and traffic resistance function,and re-distribute traffic flow on different grades of urban roads.It introduces the concepts of advance planning evaluation and benefit appraisal afterwards for bus lanes,establish a structure chart of multilevel indexes,and propose to use the Analytical Hierarchy Process method and fuzzy math to evaluate comprehensive benefits.
