| 摘 要： | 本文以混合断路器用大功率二极管为研究对象,详细分析了功率二极管的正向导通过程,建立了正向恢复的集总电荷模型,对影响二极管正向恢复过电压的相关参数进行了探讨,实验结果证明了理论分析的正确性。
