中国城市交通模型现状问题探讨

中国城市交通模型发展历经30年,在对超大城市及特大城市的交通基础设施规划建设决策及交通政策研究发挥重要作用的同时也存在诸多问题.首先,从交通模型的定义、体系和精度三个方面阐述交通模型的基本概念.其次,指出交通模型未考虑职住相对稳定状态的理论缺陷、超前规划基础信息甄别、大数据与传统抽样调查的关系以及与非专业人员交互等方面面临的问题及解决方案设想.最后,从交通模型开发者的角度,提出优秀交通模型工程师的基本素质要求.

A Review on Urban Transportation Models in China

Urban transportation model has been playing a significant role in transportation infrastructure planning and policy-making in China over the past three decades. Along with progress, a couple of chal-lenges are also needed to face them up. Firstly, this paper demonstrates the basic concept of transportation model through the definition, framework, and accuracy measure. Then, highlights the theoretical deficien-cy of ignoring the issue of house-job balancing, the uncertainty of pre-planning information, the relation-ship between traditional survey and big data, and the corporation between paraprofessional workers, in the meanwhile, proposes solutions to coupe with those issues. Finally, discusses the fundamental requirements and features of being a qualified modeler.
