摘    要:山西焦煤汾西荣欣矿区铁路专用线自瓦日铁路接轨,是该地区煤炭外运的重要运输通道。结合装车站沿线地形地质条件及装车作业特点,对胡家峁装车站布置形式、装车工艺等关键问题进行研究:对煤炭装载中采用直线布置轨道式移动装车系统和环线布置快速定量漏斗仓装车系统进行综合比选;从工程经济角度、工程风险、运输组织、环保与土地利用等多方面,对各种装车站布置形式、装车系统进行比选。研究表明,站场设计应在遵循因地制宜和工程经济的原则上,尽量选用降低工程风险,运输效率高,利于环保,节约土地资源的方案。

Abstract:The Rongxin mining railway of Shanxi Coking Coal Fenxi Mining Industry Group Co.,Ltd.is connected to the Watang-Rizhao Railway.It is an important corridor for coal transportation in the area.Considering the topographic and geological conditions along the line and the loading operation of Hujiamao loading station,this paper studied the key technical aspects of the station such as layout form and loading process,made a comprehensive comparison between the straight-track mobile loading system and the looptrack fast quantitative hopper loading system.A comprehensive comparison between different loading station layouts and loading systems from the perspectives of engineering economics,engineering risks,transportation organization,environmental protection and land use was made.The results show that railway stations and yards should be designed based on the local conditions and engineering investment for minimizing engineering risks,improving transportation efficiency,ensuring environmental protection and saving land resource.
