| Abstract: | Based on the current status of ballast water control in Jiangyin Port during the experience accumulation period after the International Convention for the Control and Management of Ships'Ballast Water and Sediments(BWM Convention)came into effect in China,the paper analyzes the general existing conditions of ballast water control and proposes corresponding countermeasures for the maritime administration on more effective duty performance. |
