摘    要:随着隧道运营时间的不断增加,在行车荷载、地质和水文条件变化、材料老化、周围环境施工等共同作用下,隧道结构会出现不同程度病害。隧道病害具有时间和空间随机特性。介绍采用隧道无线健康监测系统对隧道健康状况进行监测。隧道无线健康监测系统由无线传感器、中继器、基站和用户端组成,采用ZigBee技术实现监测数据无线传输。无线健康监测技术具有布置灵活、安装方便、便于维护管理等特点。对空旷场地、有遮挡场地和运营隧道等不同场地条件下的无线传感器传输距离和组网能力进行测试和研究,结果表明:中继器与无线传感器的相对位置对传输距离有显著影响,隧道内无线传感器的传输距离不低于100m;无线传感器自组网能力强,可以实现相互中继。

Abstract:with ever increase of operating time of tunnels, disease of different degrees will occur to tunnel structures under the joint effects of driving loads, changes of geological and hydrological conditions, ageing of materials and construction of ambient environment, etc. Tunnel diseases have random characteristic in time and space. This paper introduces monitor of tunnel healthy conditions by means of tunnel wireless health monitoring system. The tunnel wireless health monitoring system is composed of wireless sensor, relay, base station and client end, and wireless transmission of the monitored data is realized by means of ZigBee technology. The wireless health monitoring technology is characterized by flexible arrangement, convenient installation and convenience for maintenance and management, etc. This paper tests and studies transmission distance and networking capability of wireless sensor under different field conditions including open fields, covered fields and operating tunnels, etc, the result shows that the relative positions of relay and wireless sensor remarkably affect transmission distance, the transmission distance of wireless sensor inside the tunnel is not less than 100 m; and wireless sensor has strong self-networking capability and can realize mutual relaying.
