| 摘 要： | 为了有效地进行事故预防和控制，从近3年的统计数据中总结其事故特点和规律，以此为基础分析和研究道路交通事故的各种成因，进而提出有效措施来控制交通事故，使人员伤亡和财产损失降低到最小或可以接受的范围内，实现真正的本质安全，有效改变交通事故预防、控制滞后的工作局面。
