| 摘 要： | 钢筋混凝土中小型桥梁安全运行受到所处环境、施工情况、养护管理等因素的影响,加强运行养护管理具有重要的作用,能够预防安全事故的发生、提高桥梁工程质量和使用寿命、为人们出行和车辆安全通行创造良好条件.鉴于此,提出相应的安全运行养护管理策略,包括：建立桥梁检查制度,提高对养护管理的认识和工作人员素质,加大资金投入,建立桥梁数据库,及时掌握桥梁安全运行状况以及建立应急机制.

| Abstract: | The safety operation of medium and small reinforced concrete bridge has been affected by the environment, construction, maintenance and management. It is important to strengthen the maintenance management so as to prevent safety accidents, improve the quality and the service life of the bridge engi- neering, and create favorable conditions for the safe passage of vehicles and pedestrian. Given this, corre- sponding maintenance management strategies for safety operation are put forward, which are establishing the bridge inspection system, improving understanding of maintenance management and staff quality, in- creasing capital investment, and establishing the timely grasping the safety operation of brid~e. bridge database and emergency response mechanisms, |
