| 摘 要： | 对目前电子政务的安全威胁进行了分析,将威胁的方式主要分为内部威胁和外部威胁,着重对外部威胁进行了描述和分析,并给出了示例.针对这几种威胁提出了一套实用的安全防范措施.在防范原则基础上提供完整的电子政务安全防护设计思想.

| Abstract: | The current E-government safety threats were analyzed in this paper. The threats were divided into interior threat and exterior threat. The exterior threat was detailed and some examples were given. A set of practical safety protection measures was presented to deal with the threats. An entire idea in designing E-government safety protection was proposed based on the protection principle. |
