| 摘 要： | 以上海高速公路网建设为背景,针对路网存在的多义性路径问题,提出了基于车牌识别技术的判别车辆路径的方法,介绍了一种车牌识别系统方案,包括方案设计、路径识别流程设计、系统架构和收费流程.讨论了如何将车牌识别系统扩展至联网收费中.

| Abstract: | Based on the projects of Shanghai Freeway Network, a question of ambiguous path was presented. A path identification method was put forward based on license plates recognition technique. The function expansion of the present manual toll collection system was needed in the license plate recognition system, which provided a reference for the establishment of the electronic toll collection system mode. |
