公路交通资产管理的方法和系统研究

从国外公路交通资产管理研究的现状和我国实际情况出发,提出交通资产管理的概念模型和总体框架,并对相关关键技术进行了分析和探讨,给出了交通资产优化管理的模型和软计算流程.最后,针对交通设施管理部门的管理需求和各种单一管理系统应用现状,提出从GIS软件系统、网络级和项目级等3个层面将现有单一设施管理系统集成、改造为资产管理系统,以实现交通资产的全面管理和有限资源的最佳配置.

Method and System of Traffic Assets Management

According to the research results of highway traffic assets management in the world, and the real situation in our country, the conception model and general framework of traffic assets management system were put forward in this paper. Then, the relevant key techniques were analyzed and discussed. A model and relevant soft calculation flow of traffic assets optimization management were also given. Finally, based on the demand of traffic infrastructure management department, and the application actuality of many single management systems, a method was given to entirely manage the infrastructure and optimally assign the limited fund, which could integrate and update all single traffic management systems into traffic assets management system.
