| 摘 要： | 动车组车钩缓冲装置作为动车组间连接的重要设备,其状态好坏直接影响到动车组重联和救援时的安全运行,但目前对动车组车钩缓冲装置的检修和维护仍然采用人工检查和依靠经验判断的方法。文章针对复兴号动车组提出了一种基于物联网的便携式智能化车钩检测装置,该装置可对车钩缓冲装置的动作状态进行自动化测试,并根据得到的连挂关键数据智能分析车钩状态,为复兴号动车组的安全运行提供保障。

| Abstract: | Couplers for Fuxing EMUs as an important equipment of connection between the EMU,its status is good or bad will directly affect the EMU reconnection and the safe operation of the rescue repair。The maintenance of the parts but still adopt the method of manual inspection and judgment based on the experience.In this paper,a portable intelligent coupler detection device based on internet of things is proposed for Fuxing EMU,which can automatically test the action state of coupler connecting device,detect the key data of its connection,and intelligently analyze the coupler state,providing guarantee for the safe operation of Fuxing EMU. |
