摘    要:文章首先对HXD1型机车辅助开关柜SKS3模块接线脱落的故障类别和故障原因从人、机、料、法、环、测等方面进行了分析,在此基础排除非主要因素,然后通过DOE的方法找出几个影响辅助开关柜SKS3模块接线脱落的重要因子。通过质量改进,标准化生产加工工序,以减少以后生产中SKS3模块接线脱落。

Abstract:Firstly this paper analyzes the wiring breakdown fault and reason of switch cabinet SKS3 module on type HXD1 locomotive from the aspects of operators,machines,materials,methods,surroundings and measurements,based on which,the non-main factors are excluded.By the method of DOE,several important factors which affect SKS3 module wiring are found out.Through quality improvement and standardizing the production processes,the SKS3 module wiring off fault can be reduced in production.
