摘    要:传统的水泥稳定级配碎石基层是采用静压法制作试件,试验确定的唯一指标是满足设计强度要求。为提高半刚性基层的抗裂能力,根据抗裂能力最佳、强度满足要求的原则,分别用静压法及振动法进行了水泥稳定碎石混合料级配及配比的优化,并对优化结果进行了对比分析。试验结果表明,经过振动优化法试验得到的基层混合料除满足强度要求外,其抗裂性能也有大幅提高。

Abstract:For base courses with gradation of graded cement-bounded macadam,the static compaction method is used to make specimens through gradation traditionally.Only index determined on the basis of test can meet the requirements for designed strength.To improve the capacity of crack resistance of semi-rigid base course,contrast analysis on the mix gradation,and the optimized results were conducted with the static compaction and vibrating formation method,respectively,according to the princi- ples of optimum crack resistance and the requirements of strength.The test results have shown that the resistance to cracks of the base course from mix obtained with vibrating formation method was improved on a large scale,excepted for meeting the require- ments for strength.
