基于有限元法的锅炉过热器管剩余寿命预测

摘    要:过热器换热过程的研究涉及到热流固耦合问题。基于热流固耦合控制方程,首先用FLUENT对过热器管进行流场分析。然后应用ANSYS结构分析模块得到过热器管应力场分布。最后在应力场计算结果的基础上,分别利用断裂力学及Monte-Carlo模拟法对过热器管进行了剩余寿命预测。结果显示,基于Monte-Carlo模拟法得到的剩余寿命具有更高的保证率。

Abstract:Research on heat transfer process of superheater will involve heat-fluid-solid coupling problem.Based on the heat-fluid-solid coupling equation,flow field for superheated tube is analyzed with the FLUENT at first.Then stress field of the superheated tube is obtained with the structure analysis module of ANSYS.Based on the calculation results of the stress field,the remnant life of the superheated tube is predicted with fracture mechanics and Monte-Carlo simulation method respectively.Result shows that the remnant life with Monte-Carlo simulation method has a higher rate of guarantee.
