中国第三方物流的市场潜力及其开发策略

摘    要:简要分析了中国传统物流业所处的困境及其原因, 指出提高服务质量、挖掘市场潜力才是摆脱困境的最根本途径; 根据调查所得数据, 对潜在需求的规模、没有走向市场的原因、第三方物流企业的目标市场以及市场需求的服务内容等进行了较深入的探讨, 并据此提出了第三方物流企业开发市场的基本策略

Abstract:The difficult position and reasons which Chinese traditional logistics faced are analyzed. It is pointed out that improving sevice and tapping market potential are the most essential way for logistics to extricate itself from difficult position.The scale of potential demand,the reasons why the demand has not entered into market,the objective market of TPL and the service content of the demand are discussed. According to a investigation, the fundamental tactics for TPL enterprises are presented.
