| 摘 要： | 团组织是高校党建工作的中坚力量和重要组成部分。团组织在加强和完善自身建设的同时，不断发挥自身的作用，通过推进党员发展工作、完善思想教育建设、丰富校园文化建设、强化党建阵地建设、党建制度建设、党建工作创新等有效途径配合高效党建工作，成为高校党建的助手和后备军。

| Abstract: | Youth League organization is the backbone as well as an important part of party building within the college .Youth League should not only strengthen its own improvement , but also exert its effects fully so as to promote the development of party members , implement ideological education , enrich campus culture and establish the construction of party building mechanism through effective innovation measures as the backup force of the college party . |
