| 摘 要： | 《2006年海事劳工公约》的通过,将对全球海运界产生广泛和深远影响。通过对公约产生的背景、基本内容和主要特点等方面的介绍,从保护海员权益、推进航运可持续发展、提高航运管理水平以及推高我国航运业成本等方面,详细分析了批准和实施公约对我国航运业产生的影响。在此基础上,进一步从加强公约研究做好批准和实施公约的各项准备工作、加快国内相关配套法规的立法步伐以及解决制约发展航运的突出问题等方面提出了应对公约的对策和建议。
