摘    要:通过实车试验,测试并提取了不同使用时间下车用柴油机的6个特征参数,将柴油机技术状态按"好、较好、一般、较差、差"划定等级,并确定了各等级下的基准特征向量;构造了模糊距离度量模型,分析了特征参数随使用时间的变化规律,利用遗传算法计算了各特征参数的权重,对评价模型进行了优化,并对一定数量的柴油机进行了技术状态评价。评价结果表明,利用优化后的模型进行柴油机技术状态评价可以为柴油机维护提供依据。

Abstract:The six characteristic parameters of diesel engine in different working conditions were measured and extracted by the experiment,the technical states were divided into five grades like better,good,general,bad and worse,and the reference characteristic vector under each grade was determined.Besides these,the fuzzy distance measurement model was built,the changing of characteristic parameter with time was analyzed,the weight of each character parameter was calculated with genetic algorithm,the evaluating model was optimized,and finally the technical states of some certain diesel engines were evaluated.The result proved that the evaluating of technical states with the optimized model was helpful to maintain diesel engine.
