基于ANSYS的钢制车轮有限元分析

摘    要:建立某特定车型车轮的有限元模型,进行弯曲应力和径向应力分析及疲劳分析,探究车轮疲劳寿命的影响因素。对车轮分别进行正对螺栓孔和正对2螺栓孔中间加载2种工况的应力分析。最后应用Fatigue模块对车轮进行弯曲疲劳寿命分析,预测车轮的疲劳破坏位置和使用寿命。

Abstract:The finite element analysis model of a specific steel wheel is established, the bending stress, radial stress and fatigue is analyzed, and the influential factors of the wheel fatigue life is discussed. Then, the stress of two operating conditions is analyzed when loading at the wheel bolt hole and the middle of two wheel bolt holes. Finally, the fatigue module is used to analyze the bending fatigue life of the wheel and to predict the fatigue location and service life of the wheel.
