摘    要:研究矿石对车厢底板的不同位置冲击时,车厢的受力分布。建立车厢的三维实体模型,导入有限元分析软件Ansys,利用有限元分析软件计算车厢在受到冲击时各部分的应力以及应变;对得到的结果进行分析并对结构进行优化。通过仿真分析可知,当质量为3t的矿石从距离底面板2.8m的高度冲击车厢底板时,车厢的最大应力小于其屈服极限,车厢的强度符合一般的使用要求。

Abstract:In this paper, the focus is on the stress distribution of the carriage when the mineral impacts are on the different positions of the carriage. A three-dimensional solid model of the carriage is established, which imports to the finite element analysis software ANSYS to calculate the stress and strain of the carriage upon the impacts. The calculation results are analyzed and some structures are adjusted. The simulation analysis shows that the maximum stress of the truck carriage is lower than the yield limit and the strength of the carriage can meet the general requirement when the 3 t rock crashes the floor of the carriage from the height of 2.8 m.
