抗车辙沥青路面的设计及应用研究

摘    要:在对沥青路面车辙病害及成因分析的基础上,提出按照长寿命沥青路面结构设计理论加大抗车辙沥青路面的厚度,并通过采取多级嵌挤密级配设计法进行沥青混合料级配优化设计和掺加抗车辙剂的方法对胶结料进行改性,从而综合提升沥青混合料的抗车辙性能。绥牡高速公路长大纵坡的工程应用实践表明,在加大沥青层厚度和优化沥青混合料性能的基础上,可以使路面获得良好的抗车辙性能和使用性能。

Abstract:The asphalt pavement rutting is combined result of compressive stress and shear stress, the internal stress distribution in the different layers are different, and asphalt mixture shear flow deform- ation under high temperature also causes road rutting, good performance material needs to be placed in the best position, so that the asphalt pavement structure can be achieved optimal performance. Based on the analysis of rut disease and causes, proposing long-life asphalt pavement structure design theory to increase the thickness of the asphalt pavement, taking a multilevel embedded crowded dense graded asphalt mixture design method for asphalt mixture gradation optimization design, and method of adding anti-rutting agent to modify the binder of anti-rutting asphalt mixing, can comprehensive up- grade the anti-rutting performance of asphalt mixture. Long grow Longitudinal engineering applica- tion practice of Sui Mu highway also shows, on the basis of increasing the thickness of the asphalt lay- er and optimizing the performance of asphalt mixture, asphalt pavement can get a good pavement rut- ting resistance and performance, which has good engineerin~ applications and Drc~rn~tinnM ,zM,,,~
